Really, that’s it? It was a lot shorter than I expected, but somehow I’ve still come away from it with a sense of incredible fulfillment…and you’re right, I didn’t expect who it would turn out to be in the end. Great work!
i’m kind of unhappy that i won’t have your artwork to look forward to each week day anymore… but like a good television show, it should be left as it is at it’s prime.
i really liked the ending. just like what i liked about the story in the beginning–the best bits are when so much is said with so little words.
the most impactful panel, perhaps, is “she was not a dancer”.
in the past two panels before this, the murderer, significant parts of her identity, and finally her reason for killing marie were revealed without being too blunt and direct to the point.
please don’t stop your wonderful art pieces here. believe me, if you released a book [a comic, maybe? (; ] i’d clamour to get my grubby little hands on one of them.
You guys are awesome! Thank you for all the comments and sad faces! To be honest, I’m really disappointed myself. I feel like there’s a hole in my life now. I will definitely be making another comic and am already writing the story. Hopefully the next one will even come close to matching the excitement of making this story.
Anyway thanks again, all your comments are wonderful. I’m so happy the story made sense! I was a little concerned it might be too subtle or disappointing. So, yay! You rock everyone!
I’m so glad I could read this all in one go - it was short, but I think it works best that way. It was a complete story with a colorful cast of characters.
It was nice seeing something artistic with that old fashioned flair. A real treat. Thank-you. ^_^

Really, that’s it? I could watch these characters forever!
Well… I guess if it means you’re going to create some more awesome stuff I can live with it.
Thanks for letting us share the experience with you!

My pleasure! I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I imagine reading it a page at a time was a bit painful…
